By checking the mandatory "I Agree" box and clicking the "Submit" button, or by accessing the ai.flyfftc.com portal, you (the "Applicant") provide your express written consent to be bound by these Terms of Service. This action constitutes a legally binding electronic signature pursuant to the Florida Electronic Signatures Act (Florida Statutes, Chapter 668). You acknowledge that you have had the opportunity to review, download, and print these terms before proceeding.
The Applicant acknowledges that the flight school incurs immediate administrative, software licensing, and processing costs upon the submission of an application. Domestic Applicants: $55.00 USD | International Applicants: $150.00 USD. ALL FEES ARE 100% NON-REFUNDABLE. These fees are earned by the school immediately upon payment. No refunds shall be issued for any reason, including but not limited to: Visa denials, TSA/AFSP background check failures, student withdrawal, or changes in personal circumstances.
Enrollment is strictly contingent upon the Applicant’s ability to satisfy federal security requirements. TSA & AFSP: All non-U.S. citizens must comply with the Alien Flight Student Program (AFSP) and receive valid TSA authorization prior to commencing training. SEVP & Immigration: International students must adhere to all Student and Exchange Visitor Program (SEVP) requirements for M-1 or F-1 visa maintenance. Termination: Any violation of U.S. Federal Law, FAA safety protocols, or the provision of fraudulent information will result in immediate termination of enrollment and mandatory reporting to the relevant federal authorities (DHS/TSA/FAA).
The AI Portal (ai.flyfftc.com) is an advanced interface for retrieving data from Aviatize, Spidertracks, and Google Cloud. It is provided for informational convenience only. Source of Truth: The Applicant acknowledges that AI may generate summaries that differ from raw data; therefore, data stored natively within the Aviatize platform remains the sole "Source of Truth" for all training and financial records. No Advice: AI-generated responses regarding FAA regulations or flight training do not constitute professional or legal advice.
The school utilizes an automated SMS system (Twilio) to monitor aircraft status (Engine On/Off, Takeoff, Landing, Overdue) based on GPS telemetry. Applicants who elect to receive these alerts on personal devices provide express consent to receive automated A2P messages. The school is not liable for network latencies or hardware failures that may delay safety-critical alerts. You agree to indemnify the school against any claims arising from the failure of automated notifications.
The school provides professional flight training services but does not guarantee specific outcomes. The school is held harmless regarding: The issuance or denial of any U.S. Visa (M-1, F-1, B-1, etc.); the granting or denial of TSA security clearances; specific training timelines or the successful attainment of FAA certificates/ratings; and the Applicant's ability to meet medical certification requirements.
To the maximum extent permitted by Florida law, the school’s liability is limited to the amount of tuition paid for services not yet rendered. The school is not liable for delays or cancellations caused by Government Actions (TSA/SEVIS processing delays) or Force Majeure (including government shutdowns, national emergencies, pandemics, or "Acts of God").
The Applicant agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the school and its officers from any claims, losses, or regulatory fines resulting from the Applicant's failure to maintain legal immigration status or comply with TSA/FAA regulations.
